Refund & Return Policy

VELORIN accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Items damaged through misuse, altered, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. VELORIN does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Before sending a return, contact us at heyou0807@hotmail.com for return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the item received was incorrect or defective.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

European Union and United Kingdom customers may have additional statutory cancellation and consumer rights that are not limited by this policy.
